Solution:

The next line should be: 3 1 2 2 1 1.

Each line describes in words the line above:

One,

One one,

Two ones,

One two, one one

One one, one two, two ones, one one

So the next line is:

Three ones, two twos, one one i.e 3 1 2 2 1 1
